Welcome to Holyoke Community College’s Online Facilities Calendar and Space/Event/Media Services Reservation System, also known as EMS.
You'll need an EMS account to reserve space and media services at HCC or consult the facilities calendar. Creating one is quick and easy—you’ll find directions below.
With your EMS account you can view the locations of classes and events, as well as the capacity, configuration, and availability of college facilities. After logging in select Browse Events, Browse Facilities, or Browse Space Availability from the dropdown menu on the top left. Please note the key to facility abbreviations below.

Want to create an account? Select My Home, then choose Request an Account. Once you have completed the form, you will receive a reply within 1 working day with information regarding activating your account. (If you are an HCC employee, you must use your HCC email.)
Already have an account? Select My Home, and log in using your email address and password.
Want to Request Space/Media Services or Schedule an Event? Log in, select Create a Reservation, choose "book now" next to the appropriate item you are requesting, provide the requested information, then press Create Reservation to see available rooms. Note that fields with a red asterisk (*) are required. Please also note that online requests must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance.
